Day By Day

Day 1 - Baltra Island & South Plaza

Upon arrival, board Yacht La Pinta, then explore South Plaza Island’s turquoise waters, volcanic landscapes, land iguanas, sea lions, and vibrant seabirds. Big15: Land iguanas, marine iguanas, sea lions, Sally Lightfoot crabs, seabirds
Explore Santa Fe Island’s unique wildlife, kayak, snorkel, visit the giant tortoise breeding center, and discover Puerto Baquerizo Moreno’s historic charm. Big15: Santa Fe land iguanas, Galapagos hawks, sea lions, giant tortoises in a breeding center
Hike Punta Pitt’s coastal trail, spot boobies, snorkel, explore Cerro Brujo’s coral beach, birdwatch, and see Galapagos sea lions. Big15: Blue-footed boobies, red-footed boobies, Nazca boobies, frigatebirds, sea lions, shorebirds, seabirds.
Explore Punta Suarez’s seabird colonies, lava terrain, marine iguanas, Gardner Bay’s coral beach, sea lions, snorkeling, kayaking, and marine life. Big15: Waved albatrosses, blue-footed boobies, Nazca boobies, swallow-tailed gulls, colorful marine iguanas, sea lions, mockingbirds, finches.

Explore the Charles Darwin Research Station, wander through Puerto Ayora, and savor a meal in the Santa Cruz Highlands. Encounter giant tortoises in their natural habitat and delve into fascinating lava tunnels.

We proceed to the airport for our return flight to the mainland.
