Jet Blue is the most reputable airline offering flights between Fort Lauderdale (FLL) and Guayaquil (GYE) and Quito (UIO).
American Airlines has great non-stop, coverage via Dallas and Miami to Quito and Guayaquil.
TAME and Avianca are other popular airline that offer flights from Ft. Lauderdale.
Starting March 22nd, Spirit Airlines will offer service between Guayaquil (GYE) and several cities in the US, including Ft. Lauderdale.
AirDynamic is also offering direct flights from New York (JFK) to Guayaquil beginning this year.
