Ecuadorian Shrimp Ceviche – Shrimp Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Wash, clean and cook the shrimp in boiling water with some lemon juice, orange juice, salt and pepper for about one minute. Remove the shrimp from the pot and let them cool off, save the water from the pot and let it cool off too. Dice the onion, tomatoes and bell peppers and soak them with lemon. Combine all the ingredients with the water from the pot and add ketchup and cilantro. Serve with popcorn, toasted corn kernels and plantain.
