This National Park is dominated by the imposing, perfectly-conical Cotopaxi Volcano, one of the most recognized and beloved landmarks of Ecuador’s Avenue of the Volcanos. Wild and breathtaking, the visit includes a walk around the fascinating Limpiopungo Lake.

A former Incan fortress and Augustinian monastery, San Agustín de Callo boasts impressive past guests such as Alexander von Humboldt. It has been in the hands of the renowned Plaza family since 1921.

A fascinating chance to learn about this Ecuadorian brand of vodka, with an exclusive tour of their distilling process and then a tasting of their different flavored vodkas: from Andean potato, blackberry, coca leaf, etc.
