Trujillo, in La Libertad region, in Peru's North Coast, now has its first five-star hotel boutique, called "De Sol y Barro Huaca de la Luna Sanctuary Lodge"; named after the archaeological complex of the Mochica culture, located in front of the hotel, the Huaca del Sol y de la Luna.
The new hotel sets a new concept in hospitality establishments, and is strategically located at only 15 minutes of Trujillo's historic downtown and 20 minutes away from its airport, and close to the new Huaca de la Luna site museum.
